We are looking for a Sr IT Business Analyst who will be responsible to support our Teamcenter implementation, expansion and optimization within the HBS (Honeywell Building Solutions) business. The incumbent will need to manage cross - Business stakeholders and work very closely with the Enterprise IT teams, business partners, and vendors to deliver projects to planned scope and schedule. The Sr IT Business Analyst will play key role in ensuring project deliverables are met and corporate quality requirements are produced on time and within budget..

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, demonstrating expertise in a service/project based business.
- Technology Experience with Teamcenter
- Experience and strong process knowledge in the following business/ functional areas: Service, Projects, Engineering
- Execution of Projects in a SAFe Agile Framework
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field.
- Technology Experience with at least one of the related System: EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), SMS (Service Management System) – Salesforce Field Service

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Partner with the businesses to translate business requirements into solutions
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Defines the initiative per the business need and creates momentum and support to drive forward, while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Focus on both Honeywell business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives.
- Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and Support Users during critical activities such as UAT, month end closure, etc.
- Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Support the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others
- Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations
