• Responsibility for this position is to develop embedded software for Honeywell fire detection systems requiring expertise in various technologies like C++ programming, RTOS and Linux system programming.
• Good Experience in embedded firmware design and development, experience in microcontroller & microprocessor design and interfacing
• Experience in RTOS, Linux, communications (TCP/IP, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI,UART)
• Proficient in C++ programming
• Well versed with Scaled Agile (SAFE)
• Good communications, presentation skills and ability to handle multiple activities/priorities effectively
• To be able to estimate, plan - design and development related activities

Exposure to the following areas is an added advantage

• Ability to understand hardware and schematics
