As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, forecasts, and reports that align with our business objectives.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance of our Aerospace division by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is preferred.
