As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
You will report directly to our Finance Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability. You will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making. As a Senior Manager Finance at Honeywell, you will oversee a team of analysts to drive strategic planning and analysis, optimize operational efficiency, provide data-driven insights to leadership, manage financial planning processes, and foster employee development and engagement in a collaborative environment.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
