As a Sr Product Management Lead here at Honeywell, you will oversee the strategic management and development of our product portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and innovation across our Fire, BMS and Security product lines in LATAM including Mexico, CSAR and Brazil. Your focus will be product management for the regional customer’s and executing it with the global cross functional team.
You will report directly to our Senior Director or the Regional General Manager of LATAM and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our product initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience (typically 10 years or more) in product management or related roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization strategies.
- Experience in managing complex product portfolios, driving growth, and delivering financial results.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a LATAM (Mexico, CSAR or/and Brazil) organization.
- Strong leadership and project management and technology skills.
- Experience in Product Launches, Regional Pricing, Competitive Analysis and Customer Marketing / Event Organization.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market opportunities for the said regions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to end-of-life decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs (conducting VoCs, Surveys) and company goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product portfolio, including revenue growth, pricing, profitability, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
- Work with Marketing, Pricing and Supply chain team to drive product launches, product positioning, competitive differentiation, value pricing. Experience in working with commercial and supply chain teams to drive Demand Plan for the region, Inventory requirements based on the competitive lead time times.
