As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will impact the organization by leading quality assurance efforts, analyzing quality metrics, and implementing effective solutions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez MX31.

You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez MX31.

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, Industrial Eng, Electromechanics Eng, mechatronics, electronics or similar.
  • At least, 5 years in Quality Engineering role.
  • Advance English.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and standards for Quality, Product, and Process Systems.
  • Quality tools (8Ds, Fishbone diagram, Cause and effect diagram, Pareto Chart, Histogram, Inspection diagram, Control chart, Check sheet).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certification processes.

  • Lead quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with industry standards ISO9001 and regulations such as UL, FM, Intertek ETL.
  • Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage in process quality controls.
  • Coordinate Customer Visits and Audits.
  • Support in external customer escapes.
  • Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required to meet the requirements of the customer.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide analysis of data in support of quality and process improvements.
  • Participate and lead quality initiatives.
