Sr. Production Test Technician – 2nd Shift CAES by Honeywell | Lansdale, PA Where Precision Meets Power in Aerospace & Defense

As a Sr. Production Test Technician, you won’t just be running diagnostics—you’ll be safeguarding the integrity of the systems that protect nations, launch satellites, and power the future of defense electronics.
In this role, you’ll be the final gatekeeper of quality before our products take flight—literally. You’ll push high-reliability electronics through rigorous performance and environmental testing, troubleshoot complex systems, validate durability under demanding conditions, and elevate our cutting-edge RF, microelectronic, and aerospace solutions. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers and production teams to ensure every unit meets uncompromising standards.
This is a second shift position following training, and you’ll earn a shift differential for your evening expertise. If you have a sharp eye for anomalies, a steady hand for precision, and a passion for solving complex problems in high-stakes environments, this is your moment.

As a Technician - Test - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality through rigorous testing, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise will support engineering and production, maintaining high standards and continuous improvement.
Minimum:
- Willing to work 2nd shift.
- Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred:
- Four years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
- Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
- Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
- Active Security Clearance.
- Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
- Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
