We are now looking for a committed “Field Service Supervisor (m/w/d) Building Automation” to strengthen our great team in Turku, Finland.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the Building Automation Field Service Team in Turku

• Ensure Forecasting / AOP

• Recourse management

• Maintaining Service Bank / T&M / Service Line Job portfolio

• Lead creation and maintaining the project plan

• Monitoring the service processes, to identify opportunities for improving the service financial result based on project / contract changes and events (schedule, scope, working capital, invoice, orders, subcontractors) and driving action to obtain these

• Communicating the service progress to customers and own organization

• Selling renovation / service contracts / SW updates

Your profile

• Training or degree related to electrical engineering, automation, computer science or an equivalent qualification

• Demonstrated experience and track-record in service management

• Profound experience and knowledge within Building Automation / Building Management Systems and related MCR systems, with additional experience in the Fire and Security domain as a plus

• Very good leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach and motivate a high-performing team

• Strong customer orientation and sales capabilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization

• Excellent planning, execution and project-management capabilities

• A valid driving license

• Very good Finnish and English language skills
