Role overview:

The Channel Analyst will support PSS Europe channel operations through data analysis, reporting, and insights. The role focuses primarily on distributor analytics, while also assisting with reseller analytics as needed. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth operational processes, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all channel analytics for PSS Europe, with a primary focus on distributor data and performance.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to internal stakeholders.

• Support analysis of sales data, including sales trends, product performance, and channel dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and performance tracking.

• Help design and maintain data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Stay informed about internal tools and processes, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 1-3 years of experience in sales analytics
• Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Specific knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP, Tableau, PowerBI and E2Open an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience of working in cross-functional and virtual teams is desirable, as well as willingness to work across time zones.
