Position Title: System Engineer I

Job summary: Assigned to develop technical Content all Honeywell system platforms to Honeywell Academy. Develop Content in understandable format.

Responsibilities:

Core Activities	Works independently & apply knowledge to convert new functionalities in understandable concepts. Will prepare step by step procedure of new functionality. Helping leads to preparing estimates of assignments Should be proactive to gather information from different stakeholders. Should be able to convey requirements in clear and crisp way. Have a discussion with development team and product managers about new releases. Responsible to deliver the content in committed timeline and with good quality. Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough Level 1 quality checks. Ensure that requests are executed within agreed schedule as per requirements. Provide accurate technical course content for Experion, TPS/TPN and virtualization. Work closely with the E-Learning team to produce the best technically correct content and ultimate deliverable within time and quality. Test new functionalities on testbed to understand the concept and document steps. Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists etc.
Skills Required	Experion PKS	TDC Hardware C300 Hardware EPKS Network Design & Configuration; (including Firewall & Router) EPKS Process —Control —Application EPKS SCADA/3rd Party Interface; Modbus/OPC HMI Web Graphics Profibus/FIM Hardware Virtualization
Small systems	3rd party product knowledge
Others	Good Understanding of Networking Concepts Domain Knowledge MS Office

Technical Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Honeywell EPKS Architecture.
• Strong knowledge on Experion PKS systems (C200, C300)
• TDC3000 and Experion PKS Interfaces knowledge

Behavioral Qualifications:

• Quick to learn new technologies skills.
• Good communication skills.

As a Systems Engr I here at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and manage complex systems that drive innovation and efficiency. Work on cutting-edge projects and ensure alignment with quality standards. You will report directly to our Eng Pgm Manager and you’ll work out of our Pune, Maharashtra location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Other Qualifications:

• BE (Instrumentation / Electronic / Electrical)
• Process Automation Experience (3 to 5 years)
• Honeywell System experience (EPKS OR TDC3000) – Min. 2-3 years
• Knowledge on Articulate / Captivate will be added advantage.
