Supply Planner II

As a Supply Planner II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for gathering and managing information about our business’ capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the supply chain planning and execution process within the Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) business. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials and products to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.

As a Supply Planner II here at Honeywell, you will manage supply planning to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize inventory and enhance supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Sr Demand Planning Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua, CHI location on an On-site work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning in fabrication areas/metal mechanics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in supply planning systems and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management (MRP systems, Oracle is desired)
• Experienced in Excel

• APICS certification (CPIM)

- Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and achieve on-time shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Monitor and analyse demand patterns and adjust supply plans accordingly
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the supply planning system
- Support the implementation of new products and manage the transition of existing products
