Position is to support Systems Migrations, Upgrades, Software and Hardware troubleshooting/maintenance. He shall be able to perform maintenance and configuration tasks required for DCS and Safety Systems, including related IT technologies (Cisco Networking Systems, Virtual Systems, Active Directory (AD)). Activities include installing control system’s software patches, Anti-virus and MS updates. Continuously improve knowledge of Honeywell’s HPS systems hardware and software platforms.

  • University graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation)
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows applications
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Networks and Virtualization
  • Knowledge on English language is must. (Technical and communication level).
  • Good knowledge in hardware assembly process.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell HPS Systems hardware platforms Experion, Safety Manager, SM SC *

  • Installation of the control system’s software and hardware Patches, Upgrades and Migrations.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support for all in country customers
  • Handle required administration.
  • Shares technical knowledge within colleagues.
  • Report progress of each service project/activities and issues to FSM.
  • May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time.
  • Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team.

  • Fulfillment of the daily activities (individuals or team activities), as well as the annual projects, according to the established performance level
  • Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department’s performance or company’s performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department’s activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company) and through coaching techniques
  • Participation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification)
  • Utilises LSW daily and revises its content on a quarterly basis
  • Participates to all the meetings which are necessary for this position (daily Tier meetings level 1,2,3 or 4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.)
  • Centralizes monthly data regarding department planning and achievements
  • Measure and reports daily department performance;
  • Monitors the achievement of HSE targets, according to continuous improvement philosophy, prevention of of accidents and environment pollution.

  • In case of fire emergency, informs direct manager, intervention team, firefighters and participates in extinguishing the fire.
  • immediately informs the manager about any work situation which has reason to consider it a threat to the safety and health of workers, as well as any deficiency of protection systems
  • informs the manager about the accidents suffered at work
  • participates at HSE trainings and to carry out related medical examinations
  • cooperates, as long as it is necessary, with the employer and/or with the assigned workers, to enable the employer to ensure that the work environment and the working conditions are safe and without risks for their safety and health, in its field of activity
  • In case of fire emergency/ accidental spilling/work accident, must inform the direct manager, intervention team/ firefighters/ the medical rescue team and participates actively in accordance with the specific responsibilities from the directives of intervention plans or the emergency team.
