In this role, you will impact on the overall effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring that our IT systems are robust, efficient, and capable of supporting our business objectives.
You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP applications.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management processes and software systems.
- Proven expertise in any 3 of the following Oracle ERP modules related to:
- Inventory
- Procurement
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Quality
- Manufacturing
- Planning
- Order Management
- Hands-on experience providing functional support and resolving real-time issues.
- Solid knowledge of database management and proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
WE VALUE
- Experience leading IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Oracle ERP applications to support supply chain management functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and implement solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
