As a HVAC / Building Automation Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our HVAC field service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your expertise in controls will be essential in optimizing field service operations and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Oklahoma City, OK location on a Honeywell site.
In this role, you will impact the success of our HVAC operations by providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize HVAC field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, particularly in HVAC controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. May involve occasional travel to Honeywell sites outside of home base area.

Develop and execute strategies to enhance HVAC field service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Offer technical support and guidance to technicians, especially in HVAC controls, and troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site, with occasional travel to Honeywell locations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within HVAC field service management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and controls engineering principles.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and controls software.
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record with the ability to pas a criminal background check.
