Requirements:
➢At least 3-5 Years of working experience in combustion or process control related service field.
➢Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Technology, Thermal Energy & Power Engineering, or related majors.
➢Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawing.
➢Good application knowledge of at least 2 process lines (Automotive, Metals, Glass, Chemical), support more than 85% of the current product line.
➢Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve combustion system faults.
➢Basic sales service awareness and skills, able to identify customers’ needs and promote relevant services.
➢Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers. Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn.
➢Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft office software.
➢Proficiency in English reading and writing, capable of handling technical documents and international communication.
Responsibilities:
➢Perform field and remote installation guide/commissioning/maintenance/audit service for combustion products applied to various types of industrial heating systems.
➢Provide remote technical support to service centers and customers, promote service business growth opportunities. Summarize customer and install base information.
➢Assist in service sales activities, including customer demand communication, service program introduction, provide service quotations & contracts, and follow-up to promote order conversion.
➢Internal management of service business, including order statistics, PPE and tools management, ISO document update.
➢Travel to customer locations worldwide, travel rate is about 30%.
➢Perform other duties as required.
