We are currently seeking for a high-potential intern to join our Offering management team to support and collaborate with portfolio growth initiatives. You will work closely at all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to develop distinctive plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

Product Management Intern Engineer – EN Systems Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Product Development & Innovation

· Support Product Management team to understand innovation drivers, product development steps, and overall technology management environment through collecting and interpreting market data

· Collaborate with R&D and PMO team to assess Release Train Efficiency

· Engage with analysis of technology attractiveness & viability, and share of demand to evaluate new product introductions and other growth programs

Portfolio Performance & Lifecycle

· Collect Data to support Product Performance analysis

· Create Dashboards and support management reporting sessions

· Support phase-in and phase-out plans including Portfolio Rationalization initiatives

· Support Demand Planning and Manufacturing Plans agendas

Value Proposition & Product Positioning

· Support Product Managers addressing the customer problem compared to the next best alternative with the monetary value the offering provides to the customer

YOU MUST HAVE

· Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Industrial), or related subjects

· Availability minimum 8 months, ideally 12 months

· Possibility to come to the office in Ratingen 3x a week.
