Lead R&O Maint Technician

As a Lead R&O Maint Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our operations and maintenance activities. You will lead a team of technicians, driving excellence in maintenance practices and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Nagykanizsa, Hungary location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our operations, ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed effectively and in compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will contribute to minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity across the facility.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tools.
