As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. Your expertise will enable you to extract actionable insights from data, contributing to innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
You will report directly to our Data Analytics Manager and you’ll work on-site out of our Clearwater, FL location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by providing critical data analysis that informs business strategies and operational improvements, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of our initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-plus years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
