Honeywell Building Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing customers in Data Centre / Industrial / Pharmaceutical markets. Your primary focus will be on selling Life Safety (Fire & Voice Evacuation), Security (CCTV & Access Control), Building Management Systems (BMS) & IoT / Software Solutions to customers, while leading and managing all aspects of customer engagements to maintain and grow Honeywell's presence with the customer.

As a Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, manage and execute sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Data Centre / Industrial / Pharmaceutical Markets along with min. 3 years selling of Building Automation Systems (Fire, HVAC, Security, Access Control, Etc.).
- Develop and implement Strategic Account Management Plans and Individual Account Opportunity Plans, as applicable.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned new or existing customer accounts.
- Win new customers in assigned region or vertical through efficient and proactive prospecting, qualifying, and developing a winning strategy.
- Establish a cadence of regular meetings with customer's key stakeholders.
- Uncover qualified opportunities to support customer challenges through Honeywell offerings.
- Foresee and anticipate challenges and act accordingly to minimize impact through regular customer meetings or proactively sourcing feedback.
- Identify and target increase in share of wallet opportunities with existing customers by actively co-developing Technology Roadmaps.
- Understand the customer buying process and co-develop RFPs/RFQs with solution development engineers and proposal team members.
- Manage customer proposals and negotiate deals to close new business.
- Demonstrate a strategic approach to new and existing customers and opportunities through opportunity planning.
