As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Execute and manage new BA projects, and troubleshoot BA systems for existing clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of company control processes, as well as the successful implementation of customer services and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
