▪ Experience with observational user research, ethnography, insighting and synthesis
▪ Proficient user experience design skills (customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design)
▪ Self-motivated leader and demonstrated ability to drive change
▪ An eye for the larger picture and bringing new innovations
▪ Experience with building management systems, Data center system, or control system are plus
