Position Title: Sales Account Manager(Refinery) Location: Takeshiba, Tokyo
- Engineering degree (instrumentation, Chemical, IT, Electronics etc)
- At least 2- years sales experience in the automation for refining industries.
- DCS, PLC or industrial Systems selling experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Make account plan how to growth.
- Strong Communication Skill internally and externally.
- Good English in both writing and speaking. Or try to improve English.
- Japanese language (native level)
- Basic knowledge of Control system.
- People from EPC are welcome.
- Responsible for the yearly sales targets from Refining customer and Chemical, Gas, Power industrial customers.
- Create and execute account plans for customers.
- Build up strong relationship with existing key customers as account manager.
- Find customer’s issues and understand customer’s pain to propose suitable solutions to solve them by using global resources.
- Get customer’s satisfaction through daily activities and/or specific projects.
- Contribute to improve a status in refining segment through your activities including above.
- Maintain CRM regularly to keep track of Opportunities
