As a Technical Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the training initiatives that will drive our organization's customer experience to new heights. Your expertise in training methodologies will be crucial in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the capabilities of our employees and customers at all levels.

In this role, you will impact our customer experience by empowering employees and customers through effective training programs for Fire, Security, BMS, Public Address/Voice Alarm, Interfacing, and Integration products.

As a Technical Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the training initiatives that will drive our organization's customer experience to new heights
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (train the trainer) OR a technical background/qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for classroom and virtual training
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to design structured training programs and materials
  • Understanding of effective teaching strategies for diverse learners
  • Experience in fire safety, security, and Building Management Systems (BMS) is highly regarded

  • Drive the Customer Experience training strategy and initiatives across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess customer training requirements and address gaps in knowledge and skills
  • Work directly with customers to specify and document their training requirements, ensuring tailored solutions
  • Support Senior Trainers with develop and delivery of comprehensive training programs covering Fire, Security, BMS, Public Address/Voice Alarm, Interfacing, and Integration products to enhance capabilities for employees and customers at all levels
