An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell located in Charlotte, NC. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive administrative experience to significantly impact and support our Process Technology leadership team.

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide high-level administrative support to Senior Leaders within our Process Technology (PT) Leadership Team. You will work closely with our business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals who’s organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning, PO processing and other administrative business processes. Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support. Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 5+ years of experience scheduling appointments/updating calendars and coordinating travel
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Provide high-level administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information
  • Arranges sometimes complex travel arrangements both domestic and international including accommodations, detailed itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, client dinners and employee team building activities.
  • Extensive Calendar Management skills a must. Manages executives schedule to reflect current objectives and acts as liaison for executive team.
  • Prepares agendas, reports, presentations, and tracks data, as well as maintaining one drive files and correspondence for meetings; and recording in TEAMS channels.
  • Attends staff meetings as determined by leader and tracks action items from those meetings.
  • Handles confidential information; and becomes a trusted member of the team.
