As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project coordination. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results.

You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tokyo location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• More than 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
