As an HR Services Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will provide HR support, handle inquiries, process transactions, and ensure compliance. You'll work with HR partners to deliver high-quality services and support.You will report directly to our HR Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in HR services or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
- Ability to quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts.
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrixed environment..
