You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that all customer needs and expectations are met, ultimately driving business success and enhancing our brand reputation.

YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
· 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field.
· Strong organization skills.
· Experience working in a customer-facing role.
· English Proficient
WE VALUE
· Good knowledge of Siebel/Salesforce applications and SAP ERP application.
· Understanding of how different functions in the organization interact.
· Good knowledge of the principles and best practices in customer service.
· Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary.
· Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely.
· Work as part of the team, involved in processes from one end to the other, and contribute to the team's results.
