As an Intern Project Management Support here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in program management within an engineering context. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. This role will provide you with valuable insights into project management processes, tools, and best practices. This is hybrid work (3 days from office, 2 days from home).
As a Program Management Intern, you will support Senior Program Managers in their daily activities and learn about end-to-end project execution. You will assist in implementing program plans, schedules, and reporting processes, and help maintain project documentation. This internship will give you hands-on experience with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Program Managers with project documentation and reporting.
- Support scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of project progress.
- Help prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure accurate follow-up actions.
- Contribute to maintaining project data in management systems.
- Learn about risk management, cost tracking, and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field).
- Multilingual: Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French preferred.
- Interest in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
- Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new software and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
