We're looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II that will lead/enable Manufacturing Quality at Honeywell Intelligrated London Manufacturing Plant, to drive the 14 elements of Quality Management System maturity improvement, to apply their expertise and knowledge to ensure repeatable, cost-effective means to execute quality management for manufacturing process output and continuous improvements. Engage in initiatives to enable factory operations to meet customer expectations for product quality, safety and engineering specifications, to meet agencies and government regulation requirements, while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality for Intelligrated product portfolio managed through Danville KY24 facility.

As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality and reliability through effective quality engineering practices, collaborating with teams to develop and implement quality control processes.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or a related field

• 7 years of combined experience in Mfg. Quality and/or Factory Operations

• Knowledge of ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Awareness of New Product Introduction process.

We Value:

• Practical experience with ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit

• Practical experience in new product introductions and familiarity with the stage-gate process

• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing toolset

Key Responsibilities

• Enable mfg. quality assurance in the manufacturing process (such as BIQ, quality checks, RCCA, etc.),

• Enable quality management system elements pursuit in the site operations (such as gage calibrations, audits, incoming inspections, etc.) and

• Lead as mfg. quality representative for the NPI process portion of the new product(s) induction into the Danville manufacturing process.
