Sr Advanced Software Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 8+ years of experience in systems/software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Embedded Systems/Software development & verification skills. The candidate would also be required to leverage their experience in using Systems benches to effectively build and verify the Systems Software.

Good to have:
- Familiarity with containerization and Virtualization, have experience working Docker container, Oracle Virtual Machine
- Familiarity with Code Quality tools and methodologies like Sonarqube
- Familiarity on Secure coding and Scanning using Coverity, BDH
- Familiarity with Cloud Applications, Cloud Infrastructure and Connectivity applications.
- Knowledge of micro service-based architecture.
- Familiarity in Linux internals, Real Time Operating System concepts.
- Familiarity with cross-compilation, Yocto build system.
- Building simulation Environment to aid productivity
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Embedded Software Development / Verification.
- Proficiency in C/C++, shell scripting, and debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Eclipse, OpenArbour), working in RTOS environments.
- Working experience in using architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices
- Familiarity of cyber security concepts – Cryptography, Authentication, Encryption, Secure Boot, Secure Elements, Secure Key Exchange.
- Familiarity with Requirements capture – preferably in DOORS, code development with Git or any similar.
- Hands on experience with Scrum / Agile process and DevOps environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC & Agile methodology, JIRA, SVN
- Familiarity with Systems/Software Integration process would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Avionics Domain Dev/V&V experience, Knowledge of DO178B/C
- Knowledge on Aircraft Gateway products would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
- Hands on experience with Scrum / Agile process and DevOps environment.
- Ability to think independently, logically, and intuitively with focus on results, sense of urgency and working boundary less.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
