You will report to Advanced Detection Offering Management leader and work out of our Amman, Jordan location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will be part of Advanced Detection Design Center team delivering high quality and sustainable Services to our customers with hands-on involvement. You will develop and deliver all Services based Advanced Detection offerings from technical perspective. You will collaborate closely with engineering, offering management and key internal and external stakeholders to deliver Services including but not limited to designs, technical support, site support, training and other online and manual services.

- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of international fire protection codes and standards (UL, NFPA, EN, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Advanced Engineering degrees such as Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in fire protection system design.
- Excellent work ethics and embrace team culture.
- Knowledge of aspirating smoke detection systems is preferred.
- Understanding of automation and AI in designs.
- Technical support experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Be courageous driving accountability culture and win together attitude.
- Strong collaboration and communication with passion for continuous learning
- Design and implement fire protection systems in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Develop detailed layouts and drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Ensure designs meet safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Develop technical training material based on user testing
