The role is designed to oversee both service and project responsibilities, ensuring the seamless delivery of Honeywell's offerings to customer sites while aligning with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for revenue and margin goals. The incumbent will play a key role in servicing customer locations by upholding contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing downtime through exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Field Service Engineers in resolving technical issues.
- Support installations and repairs of equipment such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Apply technical knowledge under guidance.
- Prepare documentation like shop drawings and work instructions as directed.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Currently pursuing an Engineering Bachelor's
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Singapore.
- Basic knowledge of process automation, HVAC, or building automation.
- Familiarity with PLC/DDC basic functionalities.
- Intermediate computer skills, including networking.
- Eagerness to learn in an international environment.
