We have an opportunity for a Sr Social Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will impact our overall marketing strategy by leveraging social media platforms to amplify our messaging, engage with customers, and foster community around our brand.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms
• Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content and engagement
• Manage organic social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or related roles
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media engagement
