YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 7 years progressive HR experience with a complex multinational company.
- Must have 7 years of experience with the following: experience of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Must have 5 years experience with the following: experience in a global and matrixed organization; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities and execution.
- Must have a SHRM-SCP certification.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
- Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.

Senior HR Manager – Commercial for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a critical and influential role in shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell Building Automation.
- Responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the Commercial functions, ensuring the alignment of HR programs and practices with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assigned functional leaders.
- Specifically, support the following functions: marketing, pricing, channel, sales excellence and sales.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI’s.
- Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
- Coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation.
- Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
- Deliver talent management processes, organizational assessments, earning strategies, and leadership development.
- Implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs.
- Develop, implement and improve HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
