Sr Field Service Supervisor

The Sr Field Service Supervisor will have position of local Senior Engineering Supervisor in Poland. Position is for high level expert to manage the service engineering group which is responsible for Support Service Customers, System’s Migration and Upgrades and Software and Hardware troubleshooting. The Sr Field Service Supervisor shall be able to provide high quality management of the Service's customer service in Poland. Traveling 50% of time. Maintain high level knowledge of Honeywell’s HBS systems hardware and software platforms. Support engineers in troubleshooting. Be responsible for Implementation of the Service's KPIs and Service’s strategies.

- 10+ years in team management (more than 20 team members).
- 5+ years in Project Management.
- Knowledge of Honeywell HBS Systems.
- Good knowledge and experience with Polish Public Customers.
- Polish language skills and English language skills (Technical and communication level).
- Good knowledge about HSE Requirements.

Qualification

- Management of the service engineering group.
- Implementing the service development plan and service connected strategy.
- Management of the Service Bank Customers support.
- Executing financial plans in the service, achieving the Service's key KPIs.
- Project Management.
- Participation in sales, implementation and service support of the latest Honeywell technologies.
- Planning and monitoring the work of subordinate team at the customer's site, customer sales service, implementation of sales plans, implementation of service KPIs, monitoring customer satisfaction. Management of service projects and RQs.
- Report progress of each service project/activities and issues to FSL/RSM.
- May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time.
- Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team.
