As a Procurement Buyer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and purchasing activities within the organization. This entry-level position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and cost-effectiveness. You will be supporting our Aftermarket side of our Business, reporting directly to our Sourcing & Procurement Leads. This position will be based out of our Monterrey location on a On Site work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- English Advanced
- Microsoft Office
- Excel Advanced

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the procurement process by identifying Past Due issues and resolving them.
- Understand Purchase Order terms and conditions to communicate effectively with supplier to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Help with master data maintenance according to Sourcing Strategy.
- Help with invoice resolution to suppliers.
