As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of time, will go to customer sites throughout the US
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on the electrical side in an industrial/field setting
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
