We have an opportunity for a Creative Service Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will impact the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts by providing creative support, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the established standards of quality.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and digital content
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various projects
• Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a creative or marketing role
• Experience in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
