As a Sr. Director Artificial Intelligence here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for defining and executing on Honeywell's strategic vision for artificial intelligence technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, automation, and governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership in scaling AI use cases.
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, or Engineering.
- 12–15 years of AI/automation leadership experience.
- Certifications in RPA, AI/ML platforms preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI and automation programs across Honeywell.
- Define AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Deploy automation solutions (RPA, chatbots, digital assistants).
- Partner with business leaders on AI/automation priorities.
- Drive adoption of AI in customer, supply chain, and operations.
- Monitor and evaluate AI/automation use cases.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI regulatory standards.
- Build AI/automation centers of excellence.
- Develop enterprise KPIs and reporting for AI initiatives.
- Train teams on AI/automation platforms and governance.
- Manage vendor and technology partner relationships.
- Benchmark AI adoption against industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation efficiency.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance for AI systems.
- Foster innovation through AI pilots and scaling successful cases.
- Report AI and automation outcomes to VP and senior executives.
