Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Critical Systems Architecture (CSA). You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 2+ years of systems and SW development lifecycle experience
  • Experience with aerospace or industry safety standards and regulations
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Experience with DOORS
  • Knowledge of Java, Oracle and Database SQL
  • Effective communicator
  • Proficiency in technical documentation

WE VALUE

  • Degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Software Engineering preferred
  • Proficiency in C or C++, with experience in embedded systems.
  • Experience with Window and Linux environments
  • Experience with Minitab
  • Familiarity with DO-178C and DO-254 standards
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD 882, MIL-HDBK-516
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
  • Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make timely decisions, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
  • Able to convey technical ideas and concepts through team discussions, presentations and in writing
  • Strong team participation and learning skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven documentation creation, writing skills, and technical presentation making to customers
