To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager Germany North (m/f/d) who will manage existing customer relationships, establish new contacts, and actively contribute to the growth of our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in the northern region of Germany, including key cities such as Bremen and Hamburg. Your focus will be on promoting Novar’s innovative safety and fire protection solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional consultation and support.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years of proven sales/account management experience with strong results.
  • Deep expertise in Fire / Voice / EL products and market knowledge.
  • Strong leadership experience in guiding and mentoring technical sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM, SAP, Tableau, Nex and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level required).
