We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra Low Voltage (ELV) , Fire Alarm Systems( FAS), CCTV System, Access Control Systems, Master System Integrator Experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience in the building automation and safety systems domain, and the ability to manage key accounts and drive order growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales of BMS, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Strong understanding of building automation, security systems, and fire safety standards.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Experience working with OEMs and system integrators.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BMS, ELV, and Fire Alarm segments.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Account Management
    • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Technical Coordination
    • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of solutions.
    • Provide input on system design and integration based on client requirements.
