As a Sr Advanced Systems Engr here at Honeywell, you will be part of a team developing Next-Generation Aircraft Traffic Alert & Collision Avoidance (TCAS) & Surveillance Avionics. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, working out of either our Phoenix, AZ OR Redmond, WA locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience

WE VALUE

• Experience in similar product domains is of value i.e. Avionics, Navigation and/or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT)
• Master's Degree or advanced professional certification
• Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Experience with RF products
• Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics is of value.
• Experience in working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc is of value.
• Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
• Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
• Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
• Making autonomous decisions
