IP Analytics team of Honeywell’s IP COE is a leading provider of IP project services to Honeywell SBG’s. Our service portfolio includes patent prosecution, patent application drafting, patent search & analytics, strategic IP projects, competitive tech intelligence and Open source software compliance. We support SBG IP Counsels in managing their IP processes and portfolios.

As an IP Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will protect and manage Honeywell's intellectual property assets, support IP strategy development, and provide guidance on IP matters to business units. You will work out of our Gurgaon location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property function
- Hands on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting
We value:
- Patent prosecution skills such as drafting response for US and Non-US office action is a must.
- Application drafting experience will be a plus.
- Very good understanding of US, EP and India patenting systems.
Key responsibilities:
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting patent prosecution and application drafting matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for articulating US and Non-US office action responses.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting continued/ directed prosecution matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels to formulate office action response strategy.
- IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.
