As an Advanced Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee advanced manufacturing operations, implement technologies, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. You will report directly to our Director Adv Manufacturing Eng and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
