As the Senior Manager of Controllership at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. As the Senior Manager, Controllership Country Finance Leader, you will serve as a key point of contact for local finance matters, representing the country or region in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential in driving the success of the controllership function at the country level.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the controllership function for a specific country or region
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Drive the financial close processes at the country level, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures specific to the country or region, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including local finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at the country level

Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
