Job Description

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our St Louis, MO location on an Onsite work schedule. All Candidates elected to interview in person will be given a written test covering blueprint reading, tool identification, basic math with conversion of fractions and decimals, etc.

In this role, you will impact the overall production quality and efficiency, playing a key role in meeting customer demands and enhancing operational performance. CNC programming required. Your expertise in fabrication will be essential in maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, and assembling components according to specifications.
  • Standard and Custom - Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Running Mill, lathe, MAZAK, 350 and 250
  • HAAS Mill

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing roles.
  • CNC Machining and programming
  • Strong technical skills in customization, cutting, and assembly processes.
  • Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
