Sr Account Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Penetrate and grow new account in the target industrial sub-vertical (includes but not limited to Surveillance Camera Systems, Access Control Systems, Building Management Sysytems, Hotel Management Systems, and Fire Detection Systems) by replicating known successes as well as new application opportunities.
  2. Expand and grow the existing key accounts, by providing local sales and technical support, building good customer intimacy and rapport, understanding customer requirements and their future plan, always at the forth front in participating customer‘s next generation design in with as much application opportunities from our HBT product Portfolio as possible.
  3. Target and penetrate competitor’s key accounts by offering our differentiated value proposition.
  4. Leverage on existing channels for some accounts or sub-vertical access, while we take leadership in the demand creation ( Designing-in ) and foster good relationship with key customers.
  5. May need to take the leadership to manage the project.
  6. Working closely with regional teams to deploy growth initiatives and activities.
  7. In addition, you are expected to conduct training, road shows and seminars for distributors and customers, to increase Honeywell HBT product and application awareness.

Qualifications

  1. Sales experience with at least 5 years
  2. Experience in the industrial field especially commercial building
  3. Expertise of Surveillance Camera Systems, Access Control Systems, and Fire Detection Systems.
  4. Aggressively approach customers by skill of presentation and communication
  5. Possessing good planning skills with positive attitude
  6. Sales result oriented and ability to work under minimal supervision
  7. Work with local team accross functions coraborately
  8. Better if having electrical/electronics engineering experience
  9. Better if english is proficient in oral and written
