Sr ISC Analytics Specialist -Operations and Finance

As a Sr ISC Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and develop analytical solutions within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will report directly to our Operations Cost Intelligence Director and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Timis location on a Hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days from home) work schedule.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations and manufacturing teams across the EMEA/APAC regions by driving cost transparency, boosting productivity, and enabling long-term planning through financial analysis, dashboarding, and collaboration with site and finance leaders.
• Analyze manufacturing-related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders.
• Support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges.
• Perform data analysis, build dashboards using Power BI, implement AI-driven forecasting and automation.
• Drive productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams, assist in modeling and business cases, and support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years in financial/operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of KPIs and cost structures, financial modeling, ERP systems, Power BI, Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities, and ability to manage priorities.
