Job Description
As a Collections Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the collections process and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures, while also monitoring and analyzing collection performance.
You will report directly to our Sr. Collections Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule. You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of mostly French speaking clients of Building Automation business unit.
In this role, you will impact the financial health of the organization by optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt, contributing to the overall success of the collections function.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and maintain the General Ledger.
- Reconcile customer account payments and support monthly close activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable along with resolving customer issues.
- Analyze customer payment trends and develop action plans to address any issues.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- French and English at least on B2 level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools in particular SAP related to collections.
- Knowledge of local and international tax regulations as applicable.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
